I did a 16 day Isagenix Cleanse back in June. Since then I have lost a bit more weight. This blog will chronicle my longer term efforts to lose a total of 125 pounds thru cleansing. Starting weight was 335, goal weight is 210 by July 1, 2008 (about two weeks before my next birthday).
